With AOL or Internet Explorer and shockwave flash plugin, you should see QuickTime player buttons to the right of the hyperlink. If so, just press play. If not, you'll see the "Q" target, instead of buttons. Check your flash plugin and version.

With SeaMonkey (or Mozilla or Firefox), make sure you have the Adobe Shockwave Flash plugin (latest version).

There can be a conflict with QuickTime. For more information see:

http://plugindoc.mozdev.org/faqs/flash.html#new-quicktime

Follow these instructions:

Close Mozilla (or SeaMonkey) (or Firefox)
Open Quicktime Player
edit>preferences>QuickTime Preferences>Browser (tab)>MIME settings (button)>miscellaneous (expand)>flash media: unselect; click "apply"

Clicking on the hyperlink works for me with Internet Explorer, but not with SeaMonkey; I get an html page with QuickTime progress bar/buttons, but only the first half minute of audio. There is an IE plugin for foxfire:

Haven't tried to install it on SeaMonkey.

If all else fails, just right-click the hyperlink and "save target as..." Then open with MP3 player.
